Authors are invited to submit abstracts to topic areas listed below. The conference welcomes abstracts that are theoretical and/or experimental, as well as abstracts that address system issues such as concepts for sensor networks, autonomous systems and functional sensor systems.
Abstracts in the area of theory, modeling and simulation may be submitted to the most relevant topical area or to "Theory, Design and Test Methodology".
Abstracts that encompass nanotechnology may be submitted to the "Nanoscale Materials, Devices and Fabrication", or the most appropriate application oriented topical area.
Abstracts of magnetic sensors are requested to be submitted to "Mechanical/Physical Sensors and Microsystems".
Abstracts submission from industry is highly encouraged and noticed to the reviewers. The view point of technical developments and practical issues in commercialization will be taken into account.
